Edit: nevermind, apparently I for some reason can't download it via browser (maybe file size too big?), so I had to install mega's app first and download through it...
so I'm stuck in the void dream scape I've tried concentrate and seize memory and doing it with madness and their seems to be no help anywhere how do i leave the dream

its not abandoned, you just dont have the patreon version with the newest updates. its about 5 patches ahead.
Then where are the next updates
The creator is busy with life at the moment if you read their posts. Examples; visa issues, getting married, etc...
Have some patience.

When you Level it says you gain three body points. Does this give you points to spend, or is it automatically applied? Also what do the points do?
You can spend the points in the body menu (accessed via the scroll icon in the left panel)
